The name signifies a person who is passionate about a cause, someone who loves or adores someone or something so deeply that they devote their life to their love.

Our retreats offer a unique opportunity to connect with your horse partner, learn from professionals how to improve your riding skills and to then put what you have learned into practice on the beautiful trails and beaches of Costa Rica. Carrie moved to Nosara, Costa Rica in 2007 where she met her husband Eder and first horse Che. Together they started a horseback riding tour business, that morphed over the years to now include a competitive riding school with boarders, horseback riding tours and all inclusive retreats.
Carrie and Eder have two stunning daughters, who are both amazing riders. Carrie is passionate about teaching and training with over 30 years of experience to draw on. She loves when riders get a lightbulb moment in class with her. No matter what your discipline Carrie's skillful observation and tailored teaching methods can help any rider move to the next level and gain more confidence in the saddle.
