Sample Schedule:
Saturday: Arrival to luxury villa, appetizers, cocktails, meet and greet, gourmet dinner prepared by personal chef.
Sunday: Yoga, breakfast, meet the horses, ground work and familiarization with your horse partner, Lunch at villa, afternoon trail ride, dinner at villa
Monday: Yoga, breakfast, morning riding lesson, lunch at villa, afternoon trail ride, dinner at villa
Tuesday: Yoga, breakfast, morning beach ride, lunch at villa, afternoon trail ride, dinner at villa
Wednesday: Breakfast Free Day (choose to take a surf lesson go zip lining or relax at the villa) Dinner at La Luna
Thursday: Breakfast, all day jungle mountain treck with waterfall and farm tour, lunch at the farm with traditional Costa
Rica cuisine, sunset restorative yoga, dinner at villa
Friday: Yoga, breakfast, beach ride to lunch, swim with horses in the ocean, dinner at villa
Saturday: Breakfast, travel home day
Whats Included?
Horses
Each rider will be paired with one of our amazing horse partners. Depending on the retreat there will be a mix of riding lessons, trail rides including beach and jungle and ground work with the horses.
we provide both Western and English saddles. Riders must bring their own riding gear including helmet.
Food and Drink
All meals from time of arrival are provided, including meals out at local restaurants. Free day Lunch is not included. The kitchen at the villa will be stocked with beverages and snacks and we will provide beer and wine with dinners and a few cocktail nights. Meals at the villa are cooked by our gourmet chef Alejandro.
Transport
Transportation to and from Liberia airport is included, as well as transportation to all activities during the retreat. Flights are not included.
Yoga, Massage, and More
Daily Yoga classes are included, as well as a 60 min massage,we also offer several cultural activities including farm tour, cooking class, and roping demo.
Free day activities are not included, we can help you book surf lessons, coffee tour, zip line, fishing or kayaking.
